Srivatsa assumes the role of Managing Partner - Technical at SKY INFRAA, overseeing the comprehensive technical aspects of the company's construction operations. His responsibilities encompass end-to-end management of manpower, procurement of quality materials, execution, quality control, and sales activities. Additionally, Srivatsa serves as a Director at Vejars Technologies, specializing in US Staffing. Before founding SKY INFRAA, Srivatsa held the position of Project Engineer at Praneeth Developers, where he spearheaded the end-to-end construction of allocated villas and contributed to various projects, including GSM Mall. Srivatsa holds an MBAdegree inProject Management, a Master's degree in Computer Science from the USA, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from MREC, India.

Partner at SkyInfraa, bringing over 30 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge in civil engineering. Previously held roles as a Site Engineer for Swarnadra Housing Project, independently managed end-to-end apartment construction, served as an Assistant Project Manager in a villa project company, and successfully led as a Project Manager at Praneeth Projects overseeing the construction of approximately 600 villas. Additionally, executed a 2BHK Housing Program for the Telangana Government, contributing to the construction of about 1800 houses across various regions over a five-year period.

Skilled professional with a robust track record in quality control. Notably, contributed expertise to the successful completion of Rainbow Vistas, a sprawling 22-acre integrated township featuring 13 high-rise towers, employing advanced MIVAN formwork techniques. Additionally, played a pivotal role in ensuring quality standards for Praneeth Pranav County, overseeing the construction of 500 premium duplex villas equipped with modern amenities. Furthermore, served as a PMC Assistant Manager, overseeing the intricate construction of integrated stormwater drains in the expanded areas of Greater Chennai Corporation, a project funded by the World Bank. Demonstrated proficiency as an Assistant Quality Control Manager for Andhra Pradesh Urban Water Supply & Septage Management Improvement Project (APUWS&SMIP), a venture supported by AIIB in Allagadda Municipality, under the umbrella of the Public Health –Andhra Pradesh Municipal Development Project (APMDP).

Vijay Mohan Reddy is SKYINFRAA Financial Advisor. He overseas the Accounting, Business Support, Financial Planning and Analysis, Treasury, Real Estate Analysis, Investor Relations, Internal Quality Check, Tax Functions and handling Legal and Banking matters. Vijay Mohan retired as Bank Manager and has over 40 years of experience Building and Leading finance teams in Banking sector. He has earned Bachelors degree in Commerce.

Prahalad is SKYINFRAA’s Head of Creative Design. He is also Founder of Curie Health Technologies. As head of Design, Prahalad overseas Project’s Architecture, Design & MEP Services. Prahalad holds BEng (Hons) degree in Mechanical engineering, from University of Hertfordshire, UK. Before joining SKY INFRAA, he was Applications Engineer and oversaw sub-surface heating and cooling projects at REHAU in UK, Europe & Scandinavia.

Mamta is SKYINFRAA’s Head of Sales & Marketing. Priorto joining SKYINFRA, Mamta worked as Delivery Head at KENSIUM SOLUTIONS. As Director of the Sales & Marketing, Mamta focuses on SKYINFRAA’s Project’s Advertising, Internet Presence, Design and other Customer facing Marketing. Mamta earned a Masters Degree in Engineering &Technology Management, USA and Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics and Communications, India.
